2. Cancellations & Refunds

Cancellations should be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment.

Advance payments and course fees are non-refundable but may be adjusted against future bookings.

No refunds for completed services or partially attended courses.

4. Courses & Training

All courses require full fee payment before commencement.

We use premium and, wherever applicable, 100% organic products.

Clients are advised to disclose any allergies prior to service.
