1. Appointments & Bookings

All services require prior booking.
Advance payment may be required to confirm appointments.
Late arrivals of more than 15 minutes may result in reduced service time or rescheduling.

2. Cancellations & Refunds

Cancellations should be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment.
Advance payments and course fees are non-refundable but may be adjusted against future bookings.
No refunds for completed services or partially attended courses.

3. Services & Results

Results may vary depending on individual skin type, hair type, and aftercare.
Sana Luxury Studio is not responsible for outcomes affected by undisclosed allergies, medical conditions, or improper aftercare.

4. Courses & Training

All courses require full fee payment before commencement.
Certification will only be provided upon successful completion of training.
Course fees are non-transferable and non-refundable.

5. Products & Cosmetics

We use premium and, wherever applicable, 100% organic products.
Clients are advised to disclose any allergies prior to service.
The studio is not liable for reactions if medical history is not disclosed.

6. Liability & Conduct

The studio maintains hygiene and safety at all times.
Clients and students are expected to maintain respectful behavior.
The studio reserves the right to deny service or training to anyone for misconduct.

7. Policy Updates

Sana Luxury Studio & Academy reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time.
Updated terms will be effective immediately upon posting on our website.
